Join Dr. Peter Evans to understand platform business strategies and the broader platform economy. Learn tips about: – Developing new conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches – Developing solutions and recommendations to clients – Providing new insights and points of view – Owning and growing client relationships and accounts *Bio:* Dr. Peter Evans leads the strategy group devoted to identifying, framing, assessing, and communicating high-priority marketplace trends and disruptions to senior firm leadership for business planning and investment prioritization. The Sensory Advantage Ecosystem (SEA) provides analysis and perspectives contributes to firm competencies in the areas of market and emerging technology sensing, innovation portfolio management, and partnerships/business development. Previously, Dr. Evans was Vice President at the Center for Global Enterprise a nonprofit established by Sam Palmisano, former Chairman and CEO of IBM. He was instrumental in framing and delivering on the Center’s research, business education and CEO engagement at invitation only gatherings in China, India, Europe and the United States. Dr. Evans held key strategy and market intelligence roles at General Electric. Prior to joining GE, he was a Director at Cambridge Energy Research Associates (CERA) and a lead member of the firm’s global energy scenario team. He also worked as an independent consultant for a variety of corporate and government clients, including the US Department of Energy, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, and the World Bank. He received his master degree and PhD degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations and an International Academy of Management Fellow
